Fat Heroines?

So, this is another fishing-for-recs thread. Can anyone recommend some good speculative fiction with a fat woman protagonist?

The only stuff in this vein I've come across are Crossed Genres's "Fat Girl in a Strange Land" anthology, and the Real Vampires Have Curves series, the latter of which was kind of uncomfortable for me in the way that so many consent-blurring, paternalistic paranormal romances are. A protagonist who is "curvy" doesn't cut it, because that term has been so broadly applied as to be meaningless. Can anyone recommend some good works where the heroine couldn't find clothes that fit at Forever 21?
