It looks like the Kelvinverse comics IDW was doing have ended, and died before the apparent end of the Kelvinverse in theaters. I don't know if any STD-based comics have been made.

Gotta say, I wasn't crazy that my much-awaited Green Lantern/Star Trek crossover was between the Kelvinverse and the DCU instead of the Prime Timeline and the DCU, but hey, whatever works.
