Did Picard Have A Son?

Watching the Trailer for the upcoming Picard series I suspecting that the young woman is Picard's half-human half-Ba'ku daughter I was reminded of a moment that I'm not entirely sure actually happened and that is a scene between Picard and his supposed son. I'm not talking about some alternative universe, a dream, a memory implanted by an alien device, a clone or the Picard Crusher theory. I mean a kid he had with someone before the series.

The thing I remember most, (again not sure if this even happened as I can't find it anywhere online and I have a VERY vivid imagination so this could be a memory of a idea I created) is a quite conversation between Picard and a young man which ends with Picard joking about the young man never looking at his heir line the same way again.

So, did this actually happen, does Picard have a son or was this just something born of my own strange brain?

Not entirely. There's an episode about an alleged son, who was genetically altered to appear to be Picard's son. It's "Bloodlines", one of the two episode where Daimon Bok tries to get revenge on Picard, for the death of his son in the Battle of Maxia.

You still have a strange brain though, because the girl in the trailer will not be Picard's biological daughter.

Not sure. But if he had sex with a female and without any type of contraception then the chances are greater than if he didn't do that.

Wait....why are you so sure the Girl WON"T be Picard's daughter? It's an obvious plot.

You know daughter of Vash, and she passed away and never told the girl who her father was..wink wink...but always told her stories of the great guy Picard.
