Star Trek Webcomic

Post by Swiftbow »

Hello!

This is my first post, but I've been following SFDebris for a very long time. His reviews me through TNG, actually... when I finally sat down to watch the whole thing (I was a TOS kid). I was also quite pleased when he started reviewing Stargate SG-1, my favorite Sci-Fi show!

Anyway... back when I was a kid, my friends and my folks got together and made a (ok, fairly cheesy) Star Trek episode we called Federation Star Defense. We had a bunch more scripts, too, but never actually got any filmed. The idea essentially involved a special division of Star Fleet that WAS more military, protecting the Federation from threats more than the wandering exploration ships.

My brother and I have now restarted that idea as a new webcomic! (Lego webcomic, to be precise) It follows on the heels of our last "opus" (Harry Potter Comics, http://harrypottercomics.net), which ran for over a thousand episodes.

Federation Star Defense is 9 installments in, updates weekly, and I hope is a lot of fun! So far, it has been rather fun to produce!

(Is it against the rules to post a link? I didn't see that in the forum guidelines, but it sure doesn't seem to be working!)

Nope, not against the rules - at least as far as I can see!

No, we don't have a Patreon for it. It is completely free!
