I'm not sure if the red wig is going to fool people as well.

I understand there's been some pushback because the new Batwoman is black and a former drug-runner.

A wig, a full upper-face mask, AND (I think) a voice mod. Better than just a pair of glasses.

That's a good point. Though if someone sees the lower half of the face, I think they'll probably realize that red is not her natural hair color. Still, some added confusion won't hurt.

I might be wrong here but I think one of the things they did with Superman and his glasses is that the glasses are Kryptonian and alter Clark's apparence to people. Like I said, I might be wrong.

With Batman or Batwoman I can see people not being able to recognize the person under the cowl. Batman I would imagine would avoid the cameras as possible even as a member of the Justice League.

Definitely better than glasses though.

Though the Robins are different. Their whole face shows. Can't tell me a little eye mask will hide their identity.
