Battle of the verses/SG-1 Prophecy Versus DS9 Visionary/Critical Rumble/Which is better?

So, me and a friend were having a debate in another chat, about SG-1 versus DS9, and we boiled down to specific episodes, but where it got interesting was when we turned to SG-1's Prophecy contrasted against DS9's Visionary, and because we're both huge fans, we couldn't resolve the dispute.

Thus why I am bringing it here, to really gauge the pulse of fandom here. It's also especially interesting since Mr. Chuck has yet to review either episode, and I can only imagine what he will think of this thread or what effect this has on the show.

Really, both episodes are quite similar, with beloved main characters peering into visions of a what-if future, and major disasters that ultimately wind up destroying the base they operate from.

So I want to hear what you guys think. Do you feel like me and my friend had, that we couldn't decide between the two? Do you find DS9's take on the Cassandra equation superior, if merely for the presence of Quark, Sisko, and Klingons or Romulans? Or would you find it superior on SG-1 simply for the fact that is the timeframe that Jonas is part of the team? Or is there some other reason I'm leaving?
