The Borg vs. Green Lantern Corps

Lantern rings are essentially technology so the borg would want to assimilate them. If in DC universe then the borg would also attract yellow rings because of the fear the borg generate. But it would belong to a cube not a drone. Creativity is limited so the Borg would probably have just a yellow shield. But since lantern rings at full charge can blast planets. We have to say they can overwhelm standard borg shields with ease. So only yellow cubes would be able to really deal with the lantern corps.

If it's on land Lanterns can just punch the ground from under them and bury the Borg.

Would that really stop the drones or just slow them however?

They have infinite strenght?

So any borg simply trapped instead of crushed will eventually be able to dig their way out Hence slowed down. Dropping a large solid rock on them instead of dropping them into a mélange of soil sounds more certain.

Kinda has a set time. Better to carve out granite chunks for Operation Anvil.
