Indiana Jones 5 interest?

I think Indiana Jones 4 was cool in concept. I don't think Shia Labeouf really took the torch on it, but that's probably more of an issue of the star system falling apart at the time. Like the movie isn't much different in execution than Minority Report, and I felt like I liked it more like that than as an Indy film.

Yeah, as with most movies later into Mr. Lucas's tenure - great ideas, bad writing, or maybe realization.

Question. Where do you think Indy 5 will fall along the, let's call it the sliding scale of The Predator vs Avengers: Endgame? Horrible rot to stunning gold?

As for myself, I don't know if I'll go see it in theaters, given that my budget's been a bit strained from the pandemic. I think I may just go to VOD or streaming. It's a longer wait, but more worth it, IMO. I really hate going out and getting involved in all the rat races, especially since it seems like I'm not going to be able to hit the beaches again this year, sigh...

If she is fully involved I can easily see her 'replacing' Indiana Jones with some young woman. Which isnt bad in itself, but am willing to bet that young woman will shit on Indiana Jones.
