I'm very fond of "Time's Arrow, Parts 1&2" - the aliens are a flimsy excuse for the story, but it's so rare to see time travel done properly. It's much easier to have time be changeable, even though they frequently makes no logical sense. "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" is one of a handful of media products, including these two episodes of ST, that actually think things through.
