Kirk and the crew have found a new nebula that shakes up the ship. Kirk is injured, and taken to Sick Bay, where he sleeps for a day and than awakes. When he does so... Doc McCoy doesn't recognize him, and considers him a supposed stoaway. Kirk is beyond confused, and as he's sent to the brig, he is met by Spock... and a man named Captain Holloway, who has been the captain of the Enterprise since Kirk has been captain. Now Kirk has to convince a crew that has no memory or knowledge of a James T Kirk even EXISTING as this new captain sets the ship out to head back to Earth for him to 'debrief' them about a potential invasion. Kirk knows that the second they do so, Earth and all of the Federation is doomed, so it's a ticking clock and really a bottle episode as Kirk uses everything he knows about the crew to convince them to mutiny against a Captain they all 'know' and respect for years.
Ahh that is a good one. I can see Shatner doing some overacting too in this trying to convince Spock and McCoy who he is. You can also write in some backstory stuff for McCoy and Spock as Kirk has to prove who he is. Something only Spock or McCoy would know sort of thing.

I'm reminded this exists and so, cause I wanna

A vulcan ship comes to the Enterprise ship and so, Kirk accepts the crew for a meeting of the minds and because he thinks Spock may be lonley. Spock is rather offended, but quickly falls for a Vulcan scientist who is his perfect match in every regard. The only problem is, the captain of the ship tells Kirk he suspects that theirs a Romulan spy on the ship thanks to communications, and he joined with the Enterprise so they could aid him in finding who it is... and Kirk and the Captain now believe the scientist is the Romulan spy. Spock though, argues with the logic she is not Romulan, and so Kirk and Spock are on opposite sides, as a romulan ship begins attacking them in a manner that is BEYOND strange.

I got one but I don't know how to get from a to b. The idea is that Kirk, Uhura, Sulu and Spock end up stuck on a planet trying to get a shuttles working, while McCoy, Scotty and Chevok has to try to deal with a diplomatic problem in their side.

My only problem is that feels a bit generic, I feel you can add some more spice to it. Such as maybe the Romulans and Klingons themselves are there, wanting the planet and the Federation has to prevent two great enemies going to war, knowing they'll stomp through Federation space to fight the other.

Technically TOS has a 4th season... and a 5th season and a 6th season. The two seasons of The Animated Series and the TOS films, all of which feature most of the original cast, TAS complete the 5 year mission and many episodes and The Wrath of Khan are direct sequels to episodes from TOS. Sure one is animated and the other is a film series but what does that matter? And before anyone comments on the questionable canon status of TAS thanks to Lower Decks most of TAS has been made canon like the three arm aliens and the cat aliens. And yes there is some questionable continuity errors if we include TAS but that's par for the course in Trek as, unless you're Lower Decks, continuity is more of a polite suggestion then a rule.

Your right I just like the idea of two groups having to work in an area the other would be better at.

Yes technically. But this is just a bit of a game supposing TOS did get a fourth season.

This is a bit more generic, but it at least plays on the idea of a Klingon Romulan alliance. Enterprise is sent to a planet known to be a staging point for a Klingon and Romulan task force assembling on the planet. Enterprise under a tense five minutes without being detected, gets close enough to enough send a team dressed as Romulan and Klingons to infiltrate the base. With the idea of causing dissent between the two powers without getting caught.

McCoy is now a Romulan and gives the usually banter with Spock. Kirk and Uhura are Klingons. Uhura for her communications abilities, with Kirk being her protection. Throughout the course of the episode, there is obvious discussions on whether this is wrong or not.

Scott is in command with Chekov playing science officer. Can't really think what they can do in the episode as their mission is to be highly secretive and not get caught.

Cause I am a huge fan of these, and think TOS is a great series

TOS: The Altered Woman

The crew find a new planet that their sensors tell them was not detected a week ago and so go to see what these new signals are, and meet strange alien beings that are more like walls than living beings. These wall like aliens present to them that they have met a human explorer before, one older than Starfleet. There, they present a woman, one of the first deep space explorers of her era. The woman is an immortal being more attuned with the aliens, but quickly finds herself falling for the charms of, all people, Scotty because he is the only one who understands the wall alien tech. Scotty is enamored with the woman... but finds her lack of care for living beings disturbing and soon, she reveals how she is immortal, and how the wall aliens can live as they are. They are cybernetic beings, and she plans to turn the Enterprise into cyborgs to spread the will of the wall aliens who, because they cannot escape the confines of the walls, now wish to turn everyone to their path. With Kirk and Spock the first victims, it's up to Scotty to lead the crew to fight the wall aliens, and maybe kill a woman he has fallen for, who is confused and even scared that the first man she ever loved is her 'enemy.'

So an episode where we see the crew literally talking to a wall? Well I can honestly say it's original and fits well with TOS too

The idea is the aliens are like, the walls themselves and the walls would look all techno and unique and like, WALLS OF THE FUTURE, but yes. Hence the human character they have who is their harbinger and also, victim. It's actually close to my idea for how to have done Gary 7 where he would have been an antagonist who, while made superhuman by the aliens who took the humans many years ago, DETESTS ALL ALIENS, and so wants to eradicate them... but I wanted to go with episodes I can see happening in season 4. Hence I haven't brought in my 'Uhura's mom is a famous admiral and she and Uhura bond again when she reveals she remarried and has a daughter who is against Starfleet'... cause no WAY was 60's America ready to bring in a black female admiral who Kirk and everyone would call sir.
