George Lucas Midichlorian Sequel Trilogy

You know what, I'd honestly want to have seen this. Lucas explored the more mystical side of the force through two different arcs in the clone wars series, the Mortis arc, and the final arc of the series. Both had beings that seem to be personifications of the force itself, and both were phenomenal. Based on that batting average, I think that trilogy would have been very interesting.

In the book Lucas says…

"The next three Star Wars films were going to get into a micro biotic world. But there's this world of creatures that operate differently than we do. I call them the Whills. And the Whills are the ones who actually control the universe. They feed off the Force.

If I'd held onto the company I could have done it, and then it would have been done. Of course, a lot of fans would have hated it, just like they did Phantom Menace and everything, but at least the whole story from beginning to end would be told."

Further explanation of midichlorians and how they relte to the Whills sounds interesting, more book then film material though. At the very east there'd be no original trilogy rehashes.
The fact that so many people still don't understand and or hate midichlorians after all this time and the simple Lucas notes faithful explanation in the, "Darth Plagueis" book is both annoying and sad.
