I did not really look at much of that tweet but almost always twitter rando dragged into this argument as example are irrelevant.

I doubt this movie will be a failure the same way say Solo was. I'm sure it will have enough of an appeal to the audience that has made the Marvel movies massive money-makers to offset any negative press it might get from the virtue signalling of its star and the PR machine behind her and this movie. Had to laugh at the inclusion of the phrase "with her" in the trailer, though.

It's still not a Straw Man argument.

Just saying - its now bombing so hard Rotten Tomatoes have removed the anticipation score because ''trolls''. Full damage control.

We don't know the motivations of those who said they're not interested in seeing the movie. I'm not interested in seeing the movie, and if I'd said so on Rotten Tomatoes I would have been giving my honest opinion. The definition of "troll" most people use is not "someone I disagree with."

A movie can't actually bomb until it shows in theaters.

I think you're not so much describing the failure you think it is as you are describing the failure you hope it turns out to be, my dude.

And it looked like Rotten Tomatoes took measures to stop it from bombing before coming out.
