Even if you weren't (which I have a very hard time believing), the source of your argument and the ideology it represents most certainly is.

I pretty much believe that the only things that should be illegal are Rape, Murder and Theft. Otherwise the Government stay out of everyone's business.

What, not assault and obstruction?

Or human experimentation? Or torture?

Those things I basically put in the same category as Murder, by Murder I meant Violence.

But those things aren't murder. Murder is a specific term relating to killing someone (and even then it's not a blanket term for killing but rather specifically for illegal killing, hence why soldiers and executioners aren't branded murderers); you can't just redefine it on a whim. Or at least not without specifying what you mean so that people know what the hell youre talking about. And saying 'violence' is no better - if you try to rob my house and I try to fight you off, then I'd be being violent, but most people would say that within reason it'd be justifiable. Under a blanket term of 'violence' that would be illegal.

I said I used the wrong word, there is no need for you further ramble on about it.

Except that's not what you said, you said you were using the word to mean something else, something which that word doesn't actually mean. And I wasn't rambling, I was saying why you were wrong to do so and pointing out that what you were using it to mean had flaws. Don't get upset because someone calls out your mistakes.

You still haven't addressed whether obstruction of justice is a crime.

I think that's one of the things he declared he classes as murder/violence. Although I could be mistaken, and iirc on the old forum he tended to be evasive whenever some called him out on his dubious statement, so don't be surprised if he doesn't answer that.
