Herm. So if you are being followed by Icheb and 7 of 9 is Liking your Tweets, and you do not wish to reveal your handle perhaps to hide what you write on here, then I am going to guess that you are a Name yourself. Not famous exactly, but someone who I could Google and find out about.

Tell you the truth, my reclusiveness has always been more concern about people ImRL and not randos online. I remember I used to just use *FirstnameLastname* as my handle on like Mplayer.com and my friend mused that someone that I pissed off trolling would easily just look me up in the phonebook(?) or something.

It wasn't until 20-22 that I went through like a psychosis (more figurative I guess) and just kinda got more petrified and then refined my reclusive proclivities that are now somewhat carryover from then despite not really being in a psychosis anymore.

I mean, still though, after years of never writing passwords down etc you get a little tired and softened. Also, security questions are just working against you considering that they're usually stuff that people you know know, and I've never liked them for that. Other than that trait, they are potentially infallible.

That is rather awesome.

Episode 4

Well...more building with not much happening.

Hum Romulan Mad Max world had a space shield...just like in Star Wars. Hummm.

Lots of fun spin writing. Like how Picard is all shocked the Romulans are living all poor like. Guess he thought they would be living like Federation people on Earth, right? And then...loony old guy that he us, he blames the Federation! And, gosh, none of the Romulans seem happy that Picard HELPED SAVE THEIR LIVES, nope they are just all evil space thugs.

Oh and a Romulan elf guy joins the crew....yae?

Oh, and, sigh, guess Freecloud is just a lame space casino...yet another cool copy from Star Wars, right?

I did enjoy how this episode further demonstrated Picard's development around children.

Biggest complaint this episode was that it was veering near DIS Season 1 levels of subtitle use.

At least Romulan is not as hard on the ears. However, it seems speaking other languages is going to be a thing in Star Trek. They probably think "Hey, it works in Star Wars."

I think people need to step back and realize the people we saw on this planet felt betrayed. Picard left saying he and the Federation had their back. It turned out they didn't. Many probably lost friends and family due to the evacuation efforts being halted, and their once mighty people have been reduced to refugees. That's going to sting.

My guess is Picard hoped their better angels would have prevailed. However, they did not.

Ok, but just look at the weird writing:

So Picard was crazy obsessed with saving the Romulans for no reason, but guess he was just getting old and crazy. So Starfleet tells him no, so Picard takes all his toys and goes home. So transformation from Cool, powerful character to weak, crazy fool complete.

Just think what Classic Picard would have done: Ok, Starfleet said no...fine who needs them. Mr. Picard would have set off on his own and gathered a fleet of Civilian transport ships.
