I loved today's episode of the Peli Motto show.
Not even kidding, I would happily watch multiple seasons of the Cool Aunt I Wanted To Be When I Grew Up sitcom. By far my favorite Disney Star Wars character.
Also there was something about a bounty hunter.

Well I was going to ask, so what, we're just never going to come back to the Mandalorian in this Mandalorian spin-off? I'm kicking myself for not posting this yesterday.

The Empire nuking a planet with flocks of bombers that darken the sky and sending in an army of terminators to finish off survivors seems like something from a different and much darker franchise. Very cool visual though.

And that's why they built the Death Star. Cheaper and better PR.hammerofglass wrote: ↑Wed Jan 26, 2022 4:43 pm The Empire nuking a planet with flocks of bombers that darken the sky and sending in an army of terminators to finish off survivors seems like something from a different and much darker franchise. Instead of going through the nasty, prolonged effect to do this they can with a beam of light make a planet go away. It evokes divine punishment and how easy it would be for the Empire to just wipe your disobedience away.

Yes, but this way seems to have a lower rate of blowing up in their faces...literally.Beastro wrote: ↑Wed Jan 26, 2022 6:30 pmThis.TGLS wrote: ↑Wed Jan 26, 2022 5:01 pmAnd that's why they built the Death Star. Yeah, but that's what you get for always taking the low bidder.

That's a decent one-sentence summary of Rogue One, honestly.Thebestoftherest wrote: ↑Thu Jan 27, 2022 1:50 amMaybe the guy wearing the "Die Empire, Die" T shirt shouldn't have been your contractor.
