As in the season three discussion, SyFy has decided not to renew the show for a 4th season despite having decent ratings in its demographic. Most consider this one of the best science fiction shows on TV right now and deserves to be renewed somewhere for a 4th season. Here is a link to the petition:

I do feel that it would be a good fit for Amazon or Netflix, but they would want a production partner (or partners) like ITV or SKY before they would commit.

The SyFy numbers alone are almost good enough to make a reasonable case for streaming. Plus, both Netflix and Amazon already have numbers on the show, they already stream it to different parts of the world.
On the other hand, it's always a hard sell going up to a studio and making a pitch good enough to get them to provide what will ultimately be around half a billion dollars.

Amazon Prime was said that streaming of season one and two numbers were impressive, but I am afraid that Amazon may have too many projects in work to save the show.
