Mike and Rich came up with a star trek show when they heard of a Captain Picard tv show that will be coming. Shame Star Trek Galaxy not happening its not a bad idea.
Star Trek: Galaxy
Re: Star Trek: Galaxy
Sounds interesting theres alot of potential consdering the way the shows ended.
Re: Star Trek: Galaxy
That actually sounds like a really good concept for getting Picard back in the Captain's chair.
There's so many great stories that could come from that.
Makes me want to see if we could petition Paramount or whoever is in charge to make it

Make him an ambassador. It's not like TNG was all action. Have a commando team for the fighting stuff and let Picard just do ambassador stuff.

Re: Star Trek: Galaxy
Heck look at some of the stuff the books did they could adapt some of the stories there is alot of potential.

There are a lot of good ideas - the problem is the likelihood of these ideas being implemented. And I maintain that as long as ''Picard'' is written by the same people that wrote STD, they are going to go with the one that ''subverts your expectations.''
Re: Star Trek: Galaxy
Good, because with them making it, I expect it to be hackneyed, action-oriented, disrespectful of the franchise, and banal. I defy them to subvert those expectations!clearspira wrote: ↑Thu Sep 13, 2018 8:09 am There are a lot of good ideas - the problem is the likelihood of these ideas being implemented. ::sigh::
Somehow, I doubt it.

He liked archaeology. Give him a fedora and one of those Ferengi energy whips and the show just writes itself.
