Other DC or Marvel based animated series like Justice League Action?

I like my B, C, D list Big 2 characters. Other animated series where they are just as prominent as in Justice League Action.
Justice League Unlimited although staring the A list heroes, it has quite some stand alone episodes dedicate to the less well known heroes.
For example:
"Greatest Story Never Told" staring Booster Gold
"Patriot Act" staring Stargirl, Vigilante, Shining Knight
"Hawk and Dove" staring Hawk and Dove (Duh)
