Did anybody else notice this?
In "The Omega Directive," when Chuck had said Roxanne Dawson went into labor, I think they switched a lot of her lines over to Harry. When I hear his lines, if I imagine them in Roxanne's voice, I hear Torres, especially since he's talking to Chakotay, who often has to restrain Torres on this.
