Spock fails Logic forever

Kirk has a cunning plan (cgp).
Spok says the odds of that cgp succeeding are 1,087 to 1 OR 1,309,766 to 1 etc . Every single time, Spok calculates wrong. Not only that but also, Spok's wrong calculation is so specifically precise. He never says 1,000 to 1 it's always 1,017 to 1 etc.
Since Spok cannot even calculate probability, his Logic is defective, that's logical Captain (tlc) it it known (iik)
