The Delta Flyers

Has anyone on here been listening in to the Delta Flyers Podcast with Robbie McNiell and Garrett Wang rewatching Voyager episodes and chatting about their strengths and weaknesses?
Robbie has been talking about how dangerous Janeway is to her crew through her rash decisions in season 1.
So far I think the only one I vehemently disagree with was them talking about the "lovely" episode that was Initiations.... but I think that's because of the death of Aron Eisenberg (not that he did anything particularly wrong - it was a poorly written episode).
The thing which gets me so far (and the other disagreement I have with them) is that they keep talking about how great a writer Kenneth Biller is/was...
What are you thinking / what are your interesting take-away points?
