Let's be competely honest here, Fant4stic ISN'T a good movie. While Hocus Pocus might not be anything truly great it knows what it is and just has fun and doesn't try to be something else. Fanst4stic is a movie that seems to be embraced to be a superhero movie and comes off as if it thinks it's better then the comic it's based on by sucking out all the charm, likeability and fun the comics are known for.
However, for all the film's problems, and there are many, there are a few good scenes in it. Like 2 in total but there is SOME good in there and I wanted to go over one I really enjoyed. The Hallway scene with Doom.

Yes it's barely a minute long but I honestly find this scene to be really well done, It's nicely paced (literally) it shows how dangerous Doom, the effects are actually really good, and it's just creepy as F#(k. My only issue with the scene (besides it being part of Fant4stic) is the music which I don't think really matches the creepy tone of the scene. I think it would have been better to go with some ambiance score while focusing on the sound of Victor's breathing and heartbeat.
For the record the other good scene in the movie is after they return to Earth after going to... I honestly forget what they called the Negative Zone in the movie. But the way they get their powers (well how Ben, Reed and Johnny get their powers as Sue is just hit with a bit of light) is really hard to look at and the scene where Reed sees his stretched out body was, IMO, really well done.
I honestly think the movie should have been an original story and focused more on the horror elements as these two scenes show there was SOME good ideas/scenes here but these two moments are REALLY not worth all the BS that have to be sit through to get to them.
