Superman & Lois

Post by BBally81 »

Three episodes in and so far the buzz around the show has been positive even from viewers who dislike CW's DC shows.

Would be nice if we could get some TV DC superhero writers to work on DC movies so they wouldn't suck quite so much, especially the superman ones.

I'm looking forward to watching this show. I have to find a way to squeeze it into my watch sessioning considering I'm only watching one episode of Arrow a day as I naturally got a bit of fatigue from seeing all the other shows.

The comedy writing in Flash is astounding.

The ones who do the animated DC movies. Not the ones from CW. Lately the CW DC shows have taken a downturn in quality.

The Flash is good though. Though I havent seen past the ending of season 4, I am happy they went away with the whole 'I am the fastest man alive, but I really am not because there is a faster speedster than me'.
I got nothing to say here.

Really liking this show, so much better than the recent movie version.

Hopefully it's as good as the Dean Cain version. Best Superman series so far by a mile (possible exception of JLU).

It's on my list to watch. I heard this Superman is pretty damned good.

Though I do have the issue of that muscle suit. Looks so bad to me. Why couldn't they tone it down or let the actors muscles show through. Superman never made sense to be so muscular.

As far the show the two things holding me back is the typical CW shit and also the two kids. Why can't we just have a Superman show where he is Superman? Gotta bring in teenagers for some reason and they both have issues apparently.

Because he has always been written as a Superman that has already revealed himself to Lois and is largely just doing his own thing, partly as a backdrop to let Kara handle things on Supergirl with him having a reason to mostly have his hands full to never show up on the show except for special occasions.
