Majora's Mask: The PERFECT Halloween Game

Really think about it, the Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is a game that was tailor made for Halloween. It's got a nice horror atmosphere with several monsters, the Moon looks almost like a Jack-O-Lantern and masks, obviously, play a big role in the game with the villain being a mask and Link using makes as his primary weapon.
The game was even released in October 26, 2000 when it came to the states, just 5 days before Halloween so I think we can safely call this a Halloween game.
