I've never been a big fan of horror but I've always respected the genre so with that I will say that this looks really good. Kinda mixed on the Cenobites designs but they're not bad and Pinhead is an interesting mix of Pinhead and the Female Cenobite from the first film and as I've mentioned before it's just awesome that this horror icon is being played by a trans woman and one who is a really good actor and I'm sold on the idea of her being a successor to Doug Bradley's take on the character.

Kind of a shame no theater release, looks like a good date movie.

Lots of shared emotion and excitement, plus reluctance for casual physical contact like grabbing their arm in scary bits goes right out the window. Good icebreaker if nothing else.

In the original book from what I can remember Pinhead was defined as feminine but no specific gender. So this isn't some sort of gender swap but actually falling more in line with books.

Though Bradley did have a great voice to go with the design.
