Overanalyzing Silk's 7 Second Cameo: Does Cindy Have a Social Disability?

When Robbie Thompson took over writing duties for Silk's Solo series over on Marvel he worked to make Cindy, to put it politely, not fucking awful. One of the ways he did that was he took the idea that she had lives in a bunker with little to no contact with the outside world for over a decade. Obviously that would give anyone issues and we see that all throughout her solo series, people treat her as if she was a teenager or even younger which only fuels her own insecurities.
One of the major points of her arc is to expect that she will never get over these issues and they will be with her for the rest of her life. And that's a compelling story that very much fits the Marvel Style, that these are people with great powers who can do things we could never do in real life. To cross worlds, visit the past, see the future and to battle monsters of great and terrible powers. And yet, they're just people with their own issues and hangups people who cannot just be rid of their issues as if they were nothing. It's what helped make Cindy go from a universally despised character to a fan favorite.
So, will this still be a part of Cindy in the Insomniac games?
It is hard to tell as she only has 7 seconds of screen time but there are hints that she is socially awkward. When we first see her she's looking straight down and while this could be her bowing her head or just on her phone when she's addressed directly she waves at everyone rather nervously.
If Cindy does still have her social disabilities it will be interesting to see how they are incorporated as the whole reason she has those issues is, again, she was locked in a bunker for 10 years ever since she was 15 years old. Here we don't know if she does or doesn't have her powers yet but I honestly think she's just a regular girl with no powers yet and will get them in the upcoming DLC. But as of right now she's just a regular teenage girl and her powers are directly tied to her issues in the comics because they were the reason she was locked up.
Now they could just have it where she got these issues some other way like maybe her father was a little over protective of her since her mother died and getting her powers doesn't fix her issues but just adds to them. This can work as shown in Dreadnought where Danny bringing freed of the body she was trapped in and getting the powers of Superman basically didn't stop her father from abusing her and she still suffered from people mistreating her. So this could be the same thing for Cindy, she has trouble picking up on social cues and isn't great with people and then gets these amazing powers but that doesn't stop her from having these issues. They're still there and still causing her grief.
I could see the writers using this as a means to help develop her relationship with Peter and Miles. Cindy is someone who's always had issues interacting with people but then she gets these powers and ends up meeting people like her who are accepting of her but understand that she has her own hangups that cannot just be ignored and that while having these powers are great they don't fix her problems.
I know that's a lot to read from a scene with a character we don't even get a good look at for more then a few seconds but I think this is worth talking about.
