Well, this looks thoroughly unimpressive.

I mean, nothing about this is even slightly appealing to me, it looks ugly, the acting is coming off as completely lifeless and it has none of the charm of the original film, it didn't get the makeup right. HOW DO YOU DO THAT, it's a simply tragedy mask design with a while face and diamond eyes. I've never actually seen any of The Crow movies after the second one or read any of the comics and in regards to the former I've apparently haven't missed anything and I'm getting the feeling this will be the same case here.

I'm not against the idea of a reboot to the original film, Hell there are many times when I've felt that the reboot was just as good or even better then the original but there's nothing in this trailer that suggests that this will be one of those cases.

The original film is a personal favorite of mine I watch it every Halloween along with Hocus Pocus and The Worst Witch so that's likely playing into my dislike of the trailer but I don't think it's effecting it that much.

The Crow was so incredibly a film of it's time that the idea of remaking it is just pants on head silly to me.
