Silly Question Time: With Legion from Mass Effect Do We Use They/Them, He/Him or It/Thing

Legion is millions of Geth in one platform and the oddity of the outcome in ME3 which contradicts a LOT of what we learned about the Geth in ME2.

Personally I'm going with They/Them but in a "their non-binary" way but more in a "There's literally several million A.I.'s in this machine" kinda way.

Legion uses "we/our" as first person pronouns so that seems pretty definitive that it's they/them.
