Dragon Ball Feats Thread

Post by Yukaphile »

I know, I know, a bit late to the party given Dragon Ball Super ended in March, but I definitely think it's coming back, so why not start something here they've done on other forums?

I hear in the new Broly movie that Gogeta and Broly were warping through dimensions and shattering them like glass and all I could think was HOLY SHIT WITH THE EPIC! If as some are speculating with DBS's return to television they create their own Broly arc like they did with Battle of Gods of Resurrection F, then I can only imagine how crazy it's going to get in the actual anime...

I hope you're not here to do more downplaying.

Goku by the point in this movie is already way stronger than his SSJG form in base which was a casual universe+afterlife buster, so it sounds like in the movie their power is too much for the universe and they shatter entire multiverses just as a side effect of fighting.

OMG will you let it go simply because I don't think a character in your precious franchise I happen to love doesn't solo fiction?

Whatever it is, I'm just hyped to see it. Sounds kind of like a combination of Buuhan's Vice Shout mixed with Garlic Jr.'s Dead Zone portal. That will be an epic thing to watch unfold.

I said Goku solos DC and Marvel, not fiction.

And you can't see how that's wanking? You call me a downplayer simply because I don't want to think the DBS top tiers solo DC and Marvel? I'm not a hater of DC and Marvel, though given your statements, I have to wonder if you are. And I'm genuinely happy that DBS has brought some much-needed respect back to Dragon Ball's name and legacy. Stuff like the Vice Shout, people dismissed for being "filler," or Goku shaking the afterlife in Fusion Reborn as an SSJ3 as "non-canon." Now he's doing that in his new "canon" forms, so those who claim otherwise, it's fun watching them eat crow. Or watch old downplay arguments like the four-galaxy argument get debunked on screen by the official makers. But at the same time, I'm not going to argue for one of my favorite franchises out of personal bias. And it doesn't help you never finished the argument because "QUOTES." I told you I would start doing that with your next reply, you never did. Seems like a convenient excuse to quit the argument to me.

But WHATEVER. That's elsewhere. This is supposed to be a Dragon Ball Feats Thread. Whether from the games, the new Broly movie, or other side material like Dragon Ball Heroes. I notice that there's a lot of other DBZ fans here. One guy even has the username "Dragon Ball Fan." We're just going to have to learn to respect that other people have different opinions and to treat them with respect accordingly because of that, okay? I started this thread not to downplay like you so thoughtlessly accused me of, but to gush over new Dragon Ball feats that will put them on an even playing field with the rest of fiction which, yes, includes DC and Marvel, among many more. If you can't accept that, if you're going to keep it up with these personal attacks, then I'll just block you. I don't need that stress. I want to talk about new feats, like the one I heard from the Broly movie. And if you wanna be that petulant and childish, go right ahead. Because I'm tired of it by this point.

You're the one wanking by claiming they can beat Goku.

I can't exactly respond to your argument if you are just throwing out random lines with no indication of what points you are responding to. I am using quotes right now, it's very simple. You type [ quote ] before the quoted part, and [ / quote ] after (without the spaces). The fact that you repeatedly refused to do something so simple shows that you are the ones who was trying to avoid the argument. Either that, or you're too retarded to figure out how to use quote tags.

Lying and downplaying isn't an opinion. I don't have to respect it any more than I have to respect someone's 'opinion' that the Earth is flat, or 2 + 2 = 5.

You know, Flat Earthers and people who don't understand basic math are a far pandafucking cry away from people with a different interpretation of comic book and anime canon.

Just heard a bit more about the feat between Gogeta and Broly and HOLY SHIT it sounds epic, where they punch hard enough that they crack the universe and then keep fighting in a dimension filled with galaxies. And people can't downplay this claiming, "Oh, Beerus was there!" No. This was legit two Saiyans brawling together on their own. And the scary thing is that Beerus still might be stronger. Ho boy. Whis is still a billion times Broly's superior. I love it. XD
