What do you mean "kinda" for Islam, the first of the five pillars is literally professing "there are no gods but Allah and Muhammad is his messenger". But I actually agree with you for the most part, the whole god is omnipotent thing seems like something that evolved over time for Christians with the various councils and heresy proclamations in the first few hundred years.

Did think it was fair to lift the context away from Judaism, as it's the one that may have just mostly alluded to a deity, but certainly didn't have such a story centered on him.
