Considering that Joe Fox just insulted his girlfriend and her small business, and is openly celebratory about driving small book businesses to death, I think being a bit of a douchebag is called for. Remember, Joe Fox, as charming as Tom Hanks is, is pretty much the Jeff Bezos of the late 90s, wiping out businesses left and right, and not caring about those left in the wake of his company as he does so.
