This thread is for discussion of things specifically between the hollowtown in the fictional Sci-Fi show, Star Trek Voyager, and the Michigan state town in real life.

Topics range from Fair Haven as a so far as recurring episode premise in Star Trek to Motown as a musical genre, and anything in between. Anything perhaps being the sociological transition from the former to the latter with respect to cultural development in the modern global economy.
