No. Improbable means, it's unlikely to happen, but can happen. Impossible means, it can not happen ever, anywhere, whatsoever. That is quite the difference.BridgeConsoleMasher wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 4:31 pmThat's the point. It's so improbable that it's impossible.

Not if it reaches perpetual and relentless improbability.Madner Kami wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 6:00 pmNo. Improbable means, it's unlikely to happen, but can happen. Re: Possible life found on Venus
Just doing some research here. Whilst the surface of Venus is basically Christian Hell (462 C which is hot enough to melt lead), the upper atmosphere is in fact the exact opposite (ranging between -43 C to -173 C).
Whilst you would be absolutely buggered if you stood in temperatures of -173 C, -43 C on the other hand is perfectly survivable. In fact, it is only half of Antarctica's current record of -89.6 C. There are even scientists who believe that one day we may even be able to colonise Venus if we were to build hovering Bespin-style cities. God knows why anyone would, but it is still interesting.
In other words, not only could life survive in Venus's sky, but YOU could survive in Venus's sky.

Terraforming or making sky cities is completely unrelated.
Let me tell you a little something something about chaos theory and evolution.

Even then, improbable is not interchangeable with impossible. Stop being obtuse with intend, it's just annoying at this point.BridgeConsoleMasher wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 7:10 pmNot if it reaches perpetual and relentless improbability.
What? That life finds a way?Let me tell you a little something something about chaos theory and evolution.

Impossible means infinitely improbable. Which is quite possible, as long as you've got a Bambleweeny 57 Sub-Meson Brain, an atomic vector plotter, and a nice hot cup of tea. Well, that gets you to finite improbability in accordance with the Theory of Indeterminacy, but with a bit of reasoning it's not that far to get the Infinite Probability one.Madner Kami wrote: ↑Wed Sep 23, 2020 6:00 pm No. Improbable means, it's unlikely to happen, but can happen.
