So me being the stupid person I am I had my ID expire. Luckily I have a temp, plus extra paperwork, so I figure I'll just get an extra pat down. Odd thing is when I went online to check-in United said I could have 1 carry on a 1 personal item, but every time before it said any carry on would be $25. I'll check with the front desk as soon as I get to the airport.

Update: Full pat down, sawb, and I left a multi tool in my wallet. So besides now out $12 I wait for my flight for the next hour plus. On the plus side I have new SFDebris to watch so I have that.
It's OK to make mistakes as long as you don't make the same ones. If you do then you're not learning.
