If you are seeing one talk to your therapist and ask them.
already have, not sure what else to tell them.
How much have you said to them? Have you been filtering some things. I know it's different talking about these matters to someone in person rather than on a messageboard like this.

Do you ever wonder why many of us get so frustrated with you?
He's staring at the sun and refusing to listen to people telling him to stop. That is either from autistic hyper focus or him simply unwilling to let go of things and focus on himself.
There may be reasons why he can't giving his different patterns of thinking, but I have a feeling he simply hasn't reached the state where he really wants to end this torment. No one can rush that, but that doesn't mean he should keep on like this.

Your life does not hinge on what they do. You need to better manage your self-care.
Also, wile we criticize police training that make them paranoid, isn't paranoia a mental illness and thus, not entirely their fault?
No, it isn't. There can be valid paranoia, such as a women noticing a man following her as she walks down through town at night and becomes afraid for her well being and there can be invalid kinds.
And is everyone sure the media isn't trying to erase cops? Paw Patrol gets criticism just for Chase's existence and the ultimate police rescue episodes and shows like Cops were canceled. if you teach a whole generation of kids to hate and distrust cops, when they finally do stop being corrupt, there will still be anti-cop sentiment because people were raised with it.
This has nothing to do with you.
Tend to your own issues, man. I know you won't because you're using these things, consciously or unconsciously, to avoid facing them.
