If you like cooking variety, Epicurious is pretty kewl. One show they have, they assess 3 different levels of cooking for a type of dish: completely amateur; pseudo home chef; and professional chef. Not only that but they ALSO have a Culinary PhD explain everything at the end.

Anyone feels like creating some kind of interactive-story sub-site linked on Sf debris so we could try to make whatever art/stories to pass the time of boredom and waiting for chuck's reviews to upload? Kinda like stardestroyer.net or alternatehistory.com but without the new-user-made-now-lost crap.
