I haven't posted one of these in a while, mostly because I have a real job now, which sucks my time and energy away and all I get in return is money. Which I guess the money makes it okay.

Anyway, this is a truncated episode of "Character Ideas", the series in which I will ultimately (like in a few years) write a character for every class/background combo in the players handbook. And hopefully teach other people how to write more interesting characters via my examples.
