Well, I think Flash could do it. Flash could steal Goku's speed, turn him into a stone statue, and Goku hasn't shown any kind of resistance to that hax. Hell, Dabura's spit turned Krillin and Piccolo into statues, so... there you go. Flash is faster than death, faster than instantaneous time (so Instant Transmission is no good), and can be measured down to individual planck seconds. And he also fucked up Anti-Monitor, which, as you'll know from Crisis on Infinite Earths, was taking out universes and a whole multiverse. And before you begin bringing up times other characters beat him, that's DC and Marvel. Characters beat other characters they shouldn't logically because "rule of cool," and "I like this guy more than the other" says the writer. It's not like DBZ with a clear chart showing upward scaling and ABC logic. I'm talking at his absolute best, Flash destroys.

Argueably in every single movie, in the guise of Stan Lee (The-One-Above-All appeared as Stan Lee in one comic-book issue, so there's at least a protential connection). I meant to write MU though.
