I don't reading every thread in the forum, which is something I probably should do given the things that
I've seen popping up around here, but I haven't seen a "what's the last book you've read" thread in a while so I'm creating one.

Books I've read in the last... oh six months or so:
Sea Power: The History and Geopolitics of the World's Oceans

The Next 100 Years: A Forecast for the 21st Century

On Basilisk Station: Honor Harrington, Book 1 (I've actually read this entire series, save for the last book in the series, I just like them so much I keep going back)

The Accidental Superpower: The Next Generation of American Preeminence and the Coming Global Disorder

The Absent Superpower: The Shale Revolution and a World Without America

Book I'm reading right now:
The Revenge of Geography: What the Map Tells Us About Coming Conflicts and the Battle Against Fate

Well, technically the last book I read was Blame! Volume 10, but I've read that series and everything that Nihei ever produced repeatedly already and I am not sure whether comics do count in the first place. So, let me see, the last genuine book I read... Right, that should have been Terry Pratchett's "Guards! Guards!".

If Audiobooks count, then it would be Mike Duncan's "The Storm Before The Storm".

I always love to read, but how much reading I actually get done varies a lot. I've been on one of my good streaks for a while now. In the last couple of months I've read-

The Collected Tales of Gogol
The Tales of Watership Down
The Double and The Gambler, both by Dostoevsky. The Gambler is the last one I've actually finished.
The 49th Mystic (which was pretty bad, especially in comparison to everything else I'd been reading)
I finished a slow-paced read of Flannery O'Connor's complete collection

Currently reading-

Stalingrad: The Fateful Siege by Antony Beevor (excellent)
I'm slowly working through The History of the Hobbit
I've also been meaning to work through some Lovecraft, who I've never read before. So far all I've read is "The Rats in the Wall."

I'm pretty sure the last book I read completely was for college in 2013.

Pretty sure that's the one.
