How do you decide which side of the mouth to eat on?

I got the jaw click, so eating bread can get weird, but I've figured out a funny thing about my jaw.

There's prolly a hemisphere thing going on there in the brain, like with you hands, but you know you're old when the mouth chewing gets dictated by which side is the least uncomfortable to chew on.

Never really thought about it. I do know I switch sides while chewing. But which side I prefer? Maybe I will try to remember the next time I eat.

Or maybe because now I am focused on how I chew that I change how I chew...
