*heavy-sigh* Well, my spectrum service went down again and I can't contact the agency until they stalled for closing time. Assholes.
Should companies like this really play with customer-loyalty and benevolent packaging fees or be violent and animositic for money?
Cable was really a good service provider until 2017 when Streaming became that nice kid who would sacrifice some of his costumers patience for better shows. Now cable is being aggressively jealous for popularity reasons and attacking still-bound customers with bad practices and petty mischiefs on streaming's naivety. Talk about Victorian male rivalry?
I'm thinking of signing up for RCN or different cable networks( if they still live?) and see if Spectrum really, REALLY, needs to get its act together and be the underdog of cable without becoming a nightmarish demon accountant.
