Lost the second part of Chuck's Unity book series, help?

I've got PDFs 1-3, but can't find the second part, and don't remember how I got it in the first place or even how many volumes it was. Can someone refresh my memory on how Chuck distributed it? Was it a Patreon reward, was it emailed out? etc.

Thanks for any help!
