Tough choice, but I think I have to go with "deeply bad for the industry" over "prolonged pattern of failure".

From what I've heard, 76 has actually gotten a lot better since launch.

Still a bad mind set.

I've gained a bit of that impression, but "we'll chuck out crap and patch it in to acceptability later" isn't something that should be legitimised.
