You forgot the War Doctor.

I think I'd have to go with Bones. He, Crusher, and the EMH are the best miracle workers.

Crusher was character assassinated by thinking headaches were something that simply don't exist any more.

That wasn't really Crusher in that episode. She was temporarily replaced by a Ferengi Hologram while she was away at a conference in order to help accomplish the deception.
