Does anyone ever wonder what would happen if some star trek plots happened at the same time. I mean what if Khan woke up from his 200+ year sleep only to see the Enterprise is dealing with Apollo.

The only cross plot I ever really wanted to see was the Battle of Sector 001 AKA the second Borg invasion with Deep Space Nine. I want to know why Sisko didn't board the ''Ben Sisko's Motherfucking Pimp Hand'' and deal out some justice for Jennifer - probably Dominion War business. But what? And could it really have been that important if Sisko sent his ''officer in charge of planning the station's Dominion War defences'' as the Defiant captain?

And could you imagine how much awesome ''First Contact'' would have been with Sisko? After the absolute dismal failure that was Picard/Kirk a film earlier, we could have had Picard/Sisko AKA Locutus and an incredibly pissed off widower. The follow up movie to ''Emissary''.

*Sigh* The whole ''Sisko has PTSD for Wolf 359'' plot has to be the biggest dropped plot since the Maquis on Voyager. He got over that shit real quick.

I've always liked Chuck's joke explanation that the Borg deliberately timed the attack to when Sisko was off dealing with the Maquis in Blaze of Glory. Stardates are off by a few weeks but close enough.

Some fan theories suggest that Trelane might be Q. Doesn't hold up IMO only because Trelane has an actual name.

I think Q would beat Trelane. Q seems to be very old. Trelane is younger and seems to be almost like a child. Q probably has tricks up his sleeve.

I was always curious about the Dominion and the Borg. Sure they are seperated by a good distance like tens of thousands of light years. But we know the Borg will travel that distance.

IMO it wouldn't surprise me that on the second encounter, the Dominion would suicide themselves at the Borg.

It depends on how much the planets that are under dominion control are technologically dependent, and how critical that is for the founders. The founders would have no problem taking over any borg cubes themselves, but they can only do so much, and they have a base of subordinate planets to sustain to wield power.

I was thinking more of a direct confrontation between the Dominion and the Borg. I am sure it would start with the Borg assimilating planets on the Dominion's borders. Then ships are sent to investigate and then it escalates from there.
