Have you been diagnosed with depressions lately? Look, things may get worse or not. Things may get better or not. Whatever they do is kinda out of your hands to a degree, so you got all the reasons to prepare for the worst, but hope for the best and one thing certainly is true: Going into things with a "No can do"-attitude sets you up for defeat, while "Let's see if we can get this working!"-mindsets will help you go that extra mile, which might make all the difference. And yes, I know it's hard. I've been on this planet for 41 years and intend to stay here for another 40ish. I got highs, I got lows, too. So do we all.

I hope 2024 is better for me than 2023 was. This last one was kinda rough.
