Transformers Prime did a few Con-only episodes, usually centered on Starscream. One of them was a clip show, and another was a buddy comedy where Starscream and Knock Out deal with a zombie outbreak they caused.

IIRC (it has been a while since I watched) the Season 3 ep of G1 where Cyclonus had Galvatron committed to the psychiatric planet didn't have any real Autobots in it.

I love at the end how they all give up and realize their leader is a terminal basketcase.
