"Pathfiner," Stupid Neelix Moment?
I know what the Stupid Neelix Moment will be for "Pathfinder," that Neelix wanted to learn to sing from Seven! And I bet he'll mention Neelix the cat stealing Troi's ice cream. He's just like his namesake, very annoying.

I had a head canon that the Talaxians once had a massive empire across the Delta Quadrant but squandered it and were pushed back and defeated by numerous powers-The most recent war Neelix draft dodged was just the last gasp of their ambitions.
It might explain Neelix's self entitlement: It's a cultural thing for Talaxians since they used to be big once but are now a shadow of their former selves.

That would explain why they have outposts all across the quadrant...
One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate... and thus defy the tyrannous stars.

The stupid Neelix moment in "Pathfiner" is the bit where the ship gets towed because Neelix forgot to pay the interstellar parking meter.

Did that really happen? I can't recall that... it must be something real, right?
