Because I'm sure I've watched Children of Time several times and entirely not noticed the very pendantic note when discussing astrology for the reasons of Kira breaking up:

Obviously they would have different constellations on Bajor

If that was added after the initial review I can only dread the thought of the well actually... email that likely led to it's inclusion.
