Yeah, but in theory the clones are grown and bred for loyalty and obedience. Plus they might in theory have failsafes implanted or an easy "melt the clone" spray or something. Not much you can do when they're in space, but maybe elsewhere.
Re: Justice League: Panic In The Sky
I think there was one weakness to the episode. They never said why use the missiles for boarding parties instead of carrying warheads. As even regular warheads would have blown the station apart and removed practically all those on board. The only reason to board and fight them would be if you wanted the station and its cannon for yourself.

Cause as Said before
Cadmus is not the Mirror Reflection of the JL
The League seniors choose to turn themselves in after the Cannon debacle
Cadmus tried to nuke Not Cuba... and still have the yahoo who ordered it on the board
That right there should perfectly illustrate Cadmus' morality... Its take who you can get and take what you can get Principles and morals be damned
Waller may truly believe She's the line in the sand... but its very clear Cadmus the organization does alot of what it does for personal gain and acquisition of power, only using the justification that its to "safeguard" against the League...
since the question if the league stops being a threat... Who protects everybody from Cadmus?

I think Chuck said it best; Waller was so laser focused on the Justice League being a threat, she thought everyone was just as laser focused as she was. So she basically allowed a highly intelligent, unscrupulous, self-serving tech genius access to some of the most advanced technology on the planet and expected... what? That he wouldn't abscond with some of that tech? To quote Chuck from another review:

Pretty much this. Worrying about Superman going rogue is understandable. Forgetting what Lex Luthor is capable of, not so much.Archanubis wrote: ↑Tue Nov 20, 2018 11:10 pm I think Chuck said it best; Waller was so laser focused on the Justice League being a threat, she thought everyone was just as laser focused as she was. Re: Justice League: Panic In The Sky
I keep having this half formed thought crest the waves in my mind about the Cadmus creating their own doom via hubris in defying the "Gods" the Justice League are positioned as.
And that DC is far more about this sort of stuff... Like how the Snyder-movie versions of the characters was all about the, "THESE ARE MODERN GODS" text.
It is odd. Like there is an actual god on the Avengers and they rarely get that sort of treatment (even tho with all the drunkenness and fallibility they act a lot like classical gods).
Again, half formed thought.

Again, it's bound to be a hard line to plow being an atheist in the DC or Marvel universes. Actual gods and demigods are acting in the world and magic is real - they are lucky science was not impaired in it's development, because honestly, the answer could be ''A wizard did it'' or you could pray for an answer or help.

I think an atheist would be able to say, "Just because there are lots of aliens who call themselves 'gods' and there are extra-dimensional monsters that call themselves 'angels' and 'demons' does not mean that there is some all powerful benevolent being that created everything."Robovski wrote: ↑Wed Nov 21, 2018 2:42 am Again, it's bound to be a hard line to plow being an atheist in the DC or Marvel universes. I would argue the numerous conflicting systems ALL BEING TRUE makes being an atheist easier because it makes writing them all off as various flavors of "alien" all the more plausible.
Humans have been to the center of the universe and seen the billion year old aliens who live there, they have been to the 5th dimension and talked to the genies there, they have been to HEAVEN AND HELL and seen the dipsticks running each.
It is harder to claim there is a god when you have met an angel who gets flummoxed doing a public speaking engagement at the local elementary school (which did happen to Zauriel in a JLA one shot when he went to speak at a Catholic school and was not prepared to be asked too many questions, more banking on the, "I am a literal angel, you guys should already believe me."
There are people in the DC universe that "worship" Superman, and a cult to Superboy saving the universe was a major plot element in "52".
And in Marvel some people worship Thor, a number that exploded when he had the Asgardians situate themselves above New York. They celebrated the sabbath on Thursday, "Thor's Day".

Just to back this up real quick, remember that we've already seen the Ultimen, and they're very short lived clones. The army of them introduced here don't even have the degree of free will the ones we saw in Ultimatum displayed, so it's entirely possible these are entirely disposable and would start to break down within days.RobbyB1982 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 20, 2018 8:53 am Yeah, but in theory the clones are grown and bred for loyalty and obedience. Now granted there's still the problem of Gala"Is about 90% as strong as Superman"tea, but she seems rather thoroughly programmed.
